Medications specific to mood or anxiety disorders can be as dramatically helpful as some television commercials portray.  At the same time it takes an experienced and perceptive therapist to prescribe the right mix of treatments tailored to each person's unique strengths, needs, and preferences.

The clinicians at Columbia Associates are experienced in helping adults cope with specially demanding circumstances that can arise throughout life.  If necessary, we work closely with patients' primary care physicians to ensure that all avenues of treatment are considered.

"It takes an experienced and perceptive therapist to help patients create and maintain hope."
